I have requested a meeting with an English professor who is an expert in the field of intelligence international security to discuss an issue. On 21st May 2012, I attended a workshop organized by him. In the question and answer session, I asked the professor ‘Which country has been posed to potentially carry out next assassination in the UK in the future?’ He refused to comment on it due to some r...easons I knew, but here provides potential clues if I was dead.
This article warns those persons who are agencies of Chinese corrupt communist officials or, those who cooperate with them. Please stop to help Chinese corrupt communist officials interfering in the lives and livelihoods Chinese individuals.
It must be borne in mind that, this is Western society where democracy reigns. The law cannot tolerate any behaviour that interferes with core value of human rights, social responsibility, and business ethics. The case of ‘Phone hacking’ is a particular microcosm. Do not put yourself at risk of becoming a potential scapegoat. If those agencies continuously violate laws, in one case those agencies may be lucky to success in harming victims and; in the other case those agencies may unlucky. In the long term, the consequence is definitely defined as the result of the ‘Phone hacking scandal’ applied by forced punishment.
Han HAN, a famous Chinese freelancer (April, 2010) said that there are persons who can decide if I live or die, or keep me somewhere in between life and death...This is I felt but I am so confused because I am not in China. It is identified by a Chinese legal expert. This Chinese legal expert asserted that Chinese corrupt communist officials can use China’s economic power baton to beat down anyone anywhere in the world without reason. They can repress and coerce individuals with regards to their human rights to conceal major corruption and scandals of senior Chinese communist officials.

I cannot give its definition immediately because I do not know how those corrupt communist officials connect to those Chinese agencies (white, black, Indian, Chinese) to carry out the interference because I am not in China.
An article on China Newsweek (25, May 2012) suddenly opened my mind. A Chinese legal expert in the field of international cooperation was interviewed (on 22nd May 2012), Chen Lei, from the Beijing Normal University. Chen said that Chinese (intelligence) common strategy is to cut off wanted individuals’ financial resources and any source of livelihood. It creates big blocks for them, even in the western countries. This then means that the individual has no room for manoeuvre and has to return to China. Or it makes it difficult for an individual to afford solicitors’ fees so that they cannot fight for justice and then they are forced to return to China as the pressure builds. Both individuals and their livelihood are chased with trouble is made for them in their new life in the western world;
USA Human Rights Report about China 2011 (25 May 2012) states that Chinese authorities put ‘Pressure on other countries to forcibly return (individuals) to China’. The report has not given any detail about which individual and which country, but China’s Zhengzhou Mifeng Paper-Making case is one particular case to evidence this.
On the 5th May 2009, Chinese corrupt communist officers used SWAT (special weapons and tactics) police and armed military to control private manufacturer of Zhengzhou Mifeng Paper-making Co. Ltd. Zhengzhou Mifeng’s 3rd workshop subsidence and ‘black bottomless hole’ had appeared in the area of staff accommodation and, a follow up case report was ready to publish by
Zhengzhou Mifeng case involves more than 300 corrupt communist officials. In my black list of corrupt communist officials, many have stepped down: Zhao Tiechui, Zhang Herui and Li Jiuchen to name but a few. However, there are still immeasurable crimes being committed by those are promoted to high positions such as Mr Hongzhan, BAI, Huanchen, LIU, Xinzhong, ZHAO, Xukang WANG, Guoqi LU, ZhanAo GUO, Changsong, YAN and Mr MA Jiansong, Mr Liang so on.
Two key corrupt communist senior officials (their hometown is Henan province) in the Disciplinary Commission of Central Communist of party of China (CPC) play the leading roles in the frontline to ruining the lives of those individuals who try to stop them from getting rich in this regard; sometimes they presented as scapegoats to appease public anger and outcry.
Those 2 corrupt senior officials were in charge of crashed a case of Zeng Jinchun (Former head of the Communist Party Discipline Inspection Commission in Chenzhou city, Hunan Province, China), he was executed on 30th Dec 2010 (Membrino, O. john, AOL News, 30th Dec 2010). It is demonstrated by O’Neill mark (Asia Sentinel, 25th may 2010), those two corrupt communist officials’ job is to solve the problem of corruptions. But now they are abused their power, is used by them as a weapon of political struggle and public robbery to attack individuals for robbing fortune. In legal procedure, there is no trace of their names. Their agency of Mr Chen Haichao 新密陈海潮and 陈中建Mr Chen Zhongjian handed case to keep fortune for them.
In 2007, they persecuted ZHANG Herui 河南省国土资源厅 副厅长张和儒(Deputy Director of State Land and Resources Bureau of Henan province). It posed to trace the corruption in the China Land and Resource Administration Ministry then it forced the Minister to accept their fake report submitted by those corrupt communist officials in XinMi, Zhengzhou and Henan province CPC committees. The fake report concluded that the coal mines’ operations did not affect the operation of Zhengzhou Mifeng. It prevented preceding the instruction of Primer WEN Jiabao in Zhengzhou Mifeng Case.
In 2008, they arrested Mr Li Jiuchen, the director of Henan State Administration of Work Safety Bureau, LI Chenyu,原河南省省长李成玉 the former provincial governor, was forced to transfer out of Henan province.
When they knew the new provincial governor, Guo Gengmao,河南省省长郭庚茂 was not named from their side as a plan they attempted. One a protective umbrella of Coal mine bosses Chen Haichao and Chen Zhongjian’s, Mr DING Zhenhua, 河北省军区副司令员丁振华少将Deputy Commander of Hebei PLA Military District (His hometown is Xinmi city), approached the new governor and ordered military plane to pick Mr GUO up to take him privately to Zhengzhou City to begin his new position.
Ding‘s brother, Ding JianXun,丁建勋新密警察 is a former deputy-chief constable of Xinmi city Police Bureau. Ding’s father was offered a high salary (6 times more than local normal salary) as a security of Xinmi Xiazhuanghe Jizi coal mine of Chenguan township新密金昌煤业公司 (in fact, owned by Chen Haichao and Chen Zhongjian, named licence it did not belong to them). Then Ding approached the new governor to show an article entitled “1000 villagers preare to pay their lives to call the governor position." This article is directed by those two senior corrupt officials of the Disciplinary Commission of Central of CPC. They used this article on purpose, to annoy new governor who instructed on Zhengzhou Mifeng case so that corrupt communist officials took immediate illegal action on Zhengzhou Mifeng suddenly.
In China, there are huge cases faced with the same problem as with Zhengzhou Mifeng’s郑州密丰纸业有限责任公司. Western media exposed Chongqing LI Jun’s case is particular case. This is trend of corruption in China that it defines as public robbery. To ensure their success, those corrupt communist officials put pressure on the lawyers, preventing them from providing legal assistance, and restricting or hindering their ability to practice law to help victims. They put ‘official’ pressure on the victims’ friends, the organisations they work for, relatives, family members and whoever else was involved. They withheld the bodies of the deceased, and threatenned the victims’ family members to accept their decisions (USA Human Rights China, 2012, p.20). It aims to gain huge profits without any investment.
Gaoxiang ZHAO新密市副市长赵高翔 (deputy mayor of XinMi City, Henan Province, China; he led a team to lobby the involvement of Chinese ministries in Beijing in 2008 to resolve the complaint of the MFP) shouted at me on the phone: “Petitions of Zhengzhou Mifeng’s persistence made the key leader of Henan (Mr XU Guangchun, former Secretary of CPC committee of Henan Province河南省委书记徐光春) very unhappy……If the Communist party of China wants to ‘fix’ anybody they can without hesitation. Look what happened during the Cultural Revolution, in ‘the three anti campaign and the five anti campaigns’, how many people were killed, in just a short time? You are only overseas, even if you were on the Moon, [the Communist Party of China] could bring back whoever they wanted to arrest you. There is nothing in the world now beyond the reach of Communist Party of China!” “……your life could be in danger…..Why bothered to sacrifice yourself for a factory?”
Thus, in China, I am just a small role on the stage under the spotlight, they own the theatre, they can bring the curtain down at any time, turn off the lights, close the door and let wolves out, later the wolves all disappear and, the sky is blue again, there is no trace of what has happened (Han, 2010).
Now, those corrupt communist officials move those illegal tactics into western countries and international diplomatic activities. They tried to bring the curtain down to cover the western countries as well. The crucial question is ‘Do they really have this power?’
Fortunately, the western law cannot and will not tolerate this. There are many individuals who strive to maintain the core value of human beings during this recession, from professors, and journalists all the way to the Prime Minister and the Queen.
For instance, according to a report in The Sunday Times on 20 May, Christopher Hughes, professor of international relations, attacked the gift from China in a submission to the group drafting the ethics code. Journalists David Matthews, Alex Spillius, Peter Foster and Malcolm Moore, reported this and supported the universities to reject the donation. They appeal for transparency, clarity and very serious concern and raises basic questions about the relationship between donors and famous universities.
However, those famous Universities need to ensure their "core values" are reflected in their fund raising activities. This is why western countries are ‘developed’ countries. They create and then maintain human rights to ensure that they do not stray from the path of rectitude.
In conclusion, the UK ensures that everyone has the same protection under the law through the Human Rights Act (1998). Even so an individual is only a small piece of a much bigger picture, she/he can make their voice heard through the voting system, the media. And representatives in the political system. Human rights are at the heart of the UK’s foreign policy for practical as well as ethical reasons.
Thus, western countries recognised human nations are safe nations. Indeed, all those famous universities are landmarks of the western countries. Today their great reputations are through efforts from several generations in past decades. Please beware that a small leak will sink a great ship as a case of ‘News of the world’. We know it is difficult to treasure possessions during this economic downturn but human rights must be a treasured possession because it is a legal requirement.
