Support Mr.Keji Xu continued study and appeal. Lets us promoting Human Rights worldwide now

Mr. Keji Xu is current PhD student in Business and Engineering Management until 31st Dec 2012 in the University of Warwick whist he is Chairman of Zhengzhou Mifeng Paper-Making Co. Ltd (MFP). Mr Keji Xu was refused asylum on 29th March 2010. The basis was no authoritative evidence that he was in significant danger and would be arrested, despite a huge amount of publishing resource in the internet, and factual, photographic witness statements to suggest otherwise. He is therefore appealing his case and the case will go to court on 29th April.

Study PhD is his dream. Back one step, his asylum is rejected. Why has it to be the denial of his study right as basic human rights and stop his study? Why cannot it allowed he finish his PhD study?
Keji Xu first came to study in the UK on 25th Jan 2005. He graduated and got MBA degree from Newcastle Business School in June 2006. He got MSc degree in Programme and Project management (With Distinction) in the University of Warwick on 30 Sep 2007. After he graduated, he was firstly starting to apply PhD study with his current supervisor Paul Roberts on 6th Jan 2008. He had first meeting with Mr. Paul on 11th Jan 2008. Then he regularly had meeting with his supervisor. He proposed to start his PhD as soon as when Paul accepted his proposal. He submitted his proposal and application form in Oct 2008. Unfortunately, all strange things are around him in the key stages of his life, such as he has had to wait so long for his application to be processed and that his original application was lost after he submitted application form. It remains a complete mystery. He cannot register before 2009.

He made the big progress in his study in the UK. His assignments of each modules and dissertations were studying and researching how to improve the MFP business management. He paid tax and paid tuition fee that made a great contribution for UK economics. He did not work when he studied his 2 master degrees. Why should it removed him quickly back to China. If he was removed back to China, it would be covered the evidences of those communist officers’ corruption. It would be support those corrupted officers continually take bribing. It abused human rights. The result of that he would be arrested in China, missing or killed.

Through researching we believe he is a victim. He stay in the UK that it enables me to protect his brother, his sister, his family, and his 400 staff could get move to the safety houses. The corrupted communist officers have to show several arrests of criminals under their hidden agenda. Up to now, there is no one criminal of 96 Bloodshed incident of the MFP to put into the court.

So Please support Mr.Keji Xu continues study and appeal. Lets we promote Human Rights worldwide now. We will save 400 staff lives and a thousand people lives in China. Thank you very much for your time and support
Many thanks
Sarah

Background of Mr. Xu and MFP
Mr Xu petitioned and made a formal complaint against the construction of 3 extra coal mines which were going to be built in his area. Details of the complaint appeared in the Chinese Xinhua News Agency published on the 9th June, 2007.(http://news.xinhuanet.com/politics/2007-06/09/content_6219560.htm) His company MFP was later brought to the attention of Premier Minister JiaBao Wen, when the local government submitted made up data regarding MFP to him. Rather than taking legal action with regard to the construction of the coal mines. After the government used criminal gangs attacked and occupied the MFP fail on 6th Sep 2008, and then they used police to arrest Keji Xu’s family and General Manager Mr. Zhanjun Li. Although Keji Xu has been accepted to study a PHD at Warwick University, he has had great difficulty in renewing his passport, which expired on the 8th June 2009, due to the attempts of the Chinese Local Police to entrap and arrest him in any Chinese embassy worldwide. He became subject to a number of violent attacks, both in England (just outside campus) and indirectly in China (through attacks on his factory and family). Additionally, someone from the coal mine has threatened to chase and kill Mr Keji worldwide, according to a publication from “Jian Zheng Lv Zhi, Gong Shang Guo Shi” programme of China Centre TV Station (CCTV) on 9th March 2009. (http://space.tv.cctv.com/video/VIDE1236586825870639). Six of his security guards were stabbed during an attack on the factory on the 6th September 2008. Mr Xu has photographic evidence of the victims later in hospital and CCTV footage of the attacks. Furthermore, his sister is on the run now due to the both police tried to arrest her, and gangster continued threaten to kill her.

If Mr Keji Xu was removed back to China, they will be ruthless and kill his brother and sister. The corrupted communist officers will publicly force to close the MFP without regard for the life of their 400 members of staff. All staff probably kill by the building collapse that they have no choice that they have to continuously live in the dangers house. That is to say, he continuously study PhD that it would give the Chinese authority no choice but to put corrupted communist officers into prison regardless of relationships and social connection under the public interesting of the world.

Why is China very interesting on him? Because he is a victim, and his factory had appeared a plenty subsidence after the General secretary of Henan province of China Communist Committee guaranteed that coal mines operations cannot affected his factory when the Chinese PM Wen Jiabao called MFP case in 2007.
Mr Xu is a majority shareholder in the Zhengzhou MiFeng Paper-Making Co. Ltd (MFP) (in Xinmi City, Zhengzhou, Henan Province P. R. China. On 15th March 2010, his hometown was an incident which killed 25 miners in DongXing Coal Mine (DongXing). (Http://english.cri.cn/6909/2010/03/16/53c556871.htm). On 31 March, Guomin Mining Co. Ltd in HenNan Province blast claimed 40 and 6 missing (Http://www.china.org.cn/china/2010-04/07/content_19758087.htm). These incidents could have been avoided but it still happened due to real corrupted officials (who did not receive timely punishment). He has asked many famous figures such as Queen, PM Gordon Brown (both Queen and Gordon Brown replied Mr. Xu’s letters and forwarded his letters to David Miliband), and President Obama, etc in the world to recall the MFP case but was not successful last year. He is fighting with those corrupted officials, and call for international petition in the struggle for nearly 4 years. If any famous figure passed his message to Chinese authority, it would prevent 69 workers paid with their lives in his hometown, and it would save a thousand coal mines workers in China. It would help that China is no longer to produce a bloody coal!
His hometown became a serious corrupted region in China. There are a lot of cases happened like as a case of MFP lost human rights by those corrupted officers. As famous cases recently happened in His hometown: Tested and verified the lung disease to open the chest (Http://www.qq.com/a/20090728/.htm ); A teenage was subsided that he caused by resentful corruption in high school of XinMi City (http://www.sohu.com/20091123/n268382282.shtml.) His hometown local government often use the criminal gangsters when they received bribes. Victims have no way to find anyone help even so ask for policeman.

The factory is now controlled by officers Mr. Jian Song Ma and Mr Fuju Yu, vice secretary of Xin Mi Political Law committee of XinMi China Communist Party (CCP). Mr. Cui Wu, a famous Lawyer in China, asserted and stated they have no legal right to do so according to any Chinese law. Unfortunately, despite the petitions, conditions in his home town have not improved. Currently, more than 300 workers are living in hazardous housing which has been affected by grave subsidence caused by the mining. According to local villagers, the coal mines have recently invited Henan Rescue and Relief work centre to prevent an accident from occurring by grouting into the ground to act as temporary reinforcement. Authoritative experts however have told reporters that such temporary grouting can only work for a short period and that it is utterly inadequate to reverse the geological hazard in the large neighbouring area of MFP.
